Customers have 48 hours from the received date to review item (s) for discrepancies. After 48 hours, the order is no longer available to be exchanged. You may contact Juicy Toot via email, including the receipt of purchase and photo(s) of the alleged issue(s). Once confirmed by Juicy Toot, please allow 2-3 business days for shipment of new order.
